The Debtor is a manufacturer of floor mats for vehicles with headquarters and a 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in LaGrange, Georgia. The Debtor’s initial filings identify three current automotive OEM customers – Honda, Toyota, and Subaru.
The Debtor’s annual revenues are approximately $18-20 million per year, which is a 60% decline from 2008 sales levels of $50 million. In the petition’s statistical information, the Debtor estimates there are 200 to 999 creditors; assets of between $1 and $10 million and liabilities of between $10 and $50 million. The Debtor’s list of 20 largest unsecured creditors includes substantial trade creditors.
This is a case worthy of close monitoring by unsecured creditors. The direction of the case is unclear.
On July 1, 2010, the United States Trustee, Donald F. Walton, appointed the following creditors to serve on the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors:

Dorsett Industries, L.P.
Kraiburg TPE Corp.
Lyle Industries, Inc.
Ergon Refining, Inc.
Amcor, Inc.
Each of these entities is on the Debtor’s top 20 list of unsecured creditors. This might be one of the few bankruptcy cases where the creditors committee will play an important role.
